Our Politicians have brought us to a critical juncture in our History, when we will shortly decide our future in the world. The present government and most of the opposition, together with the remaining fringe parties such as the SNP, LibDems, the Greens and Plaid Cymru all want us to stay within the EU, but none of them seem to care about what we have been signed into; without any say on our part.
It seems that a great many people in Europe have been misled into believing that the EEC was set up as an organisation to facilitate trade amongst the countries of Europe, promote Peace and Prosperity and mutual cooperation as sovereign nations - Such noble aims were not the goal of the founders (EU _Myths) The EEC was simply the "Trojan Horse" for the implementation of the EU - Jean Monnet, one of the so-called founders of the EEC realised, as far back as the early1950's or long before, that the best way to take over a country was to make it dependent on trade and gradually entangle it in trade agreements, and regulations and thereby take away its sovereignty. In that sense the EU project has progressed, at a snail's pace and by stealth - the preferred modus operandi of the (Fabian Society)
In recent days though, probably brought forward because of the upcoming Referendum, we have seen further moves been projected into the media by the EU, from the usual suspects, trying to hide the fact that an EU Armed Forces has been under development since at least the Maastricht Treaty (1992) and probably a lot earlier than that, and the need for Brussels Judges and Police to replace our own in order to investigate and interrogate terrorists in Britain (Corpus Juris); described as a new radical proposal from an EU think tank European Political Strategy Centre (EPSC). Such proposals are presented as new and in response to current situations (which they artificially create deliberately to further their ambitions the take more and more control), but the reality is that these are already built into the treaties signed on our behalf and developed behind our backs - the EU are simply trying to fool us into believing that these are necessary now, as a way of taking us over without a fight.
Terms and Conditions
There are no better reasons for leaving the EU than the terms and conditions of the treaties to which our shameful politicians have signed on our behalf without allowing us any say; most notably the Lisbon Treaty (2007) - but the politicians do not want to argue the merits of the EU on the basis of the treaties because it is too easy to catch them out, and they are required to defend the EU - it is much easier to argue the toss about trade (as Monnet predicted) or what we would do outside the EU, which is open to speculation and opinion, where politicians thrive - but all of that can be negotiated and it is our mutual interests to cooperate - the far more worrying aspects of the EU are not related to trade, but to our survival as a free people - not subjected to despotic rule from Brussels (Berlin).
The time to start asking the questions about EU's "Terms and Conditions" that our politicians have signed up to in our names is long overdue - ask the "Question Time" panel about the treaties and what they mean in reality, the Lisbon Treaty (2007) in particular - the politicians know what they are and their full implication, but they don't want us to realise what fate awaits us in an the Totalitarian EU Dictatorship with the Laws of a Police State (a glimpse of which was provided to us today by Juncker and Merkel)
A list of some of the reasons to leave the EU based upon the Lisbon Treaty (2007), signed by Brown and David Miliband:
Declaration 17 - makes the EU a Dictatorship - takes away our sovereignty since all EU laws have primacy over our Laws - no doubt, no argument, unequivocal.
Article 42-3 "Member States shall make civilian and military capabilities available to the Union for the implementation of the common security and defence policy,” - The EU will be a Military Dictatorship
Article 3-4. “The Union shall establish an economic and monetary union whose currency is the euro.” - the EU can force all members into the Euro
Article 10-4. “Political parties at European level contribute to forming European political awareness and to expressing the will of citizens of the Union.” - The EU can abolish our political parties, since EU political parties must represent 10 countries.
Article 4-3 "The Member States shall facilitate the achievement of the Union's tasks and refrain from any measure which could jeopardise the attainment of the Union's objectives." - Do not get in the way of the EU's ambitions.
Article 5-4. “Under the principle of proportionality, the content and form of Union action shall not exceed what is necessary to achieve the objectives of the Treaties.” - The EU will force you to cooperate - but only as far as is necessary to get its own way.
Article 6-U2 "The Union shall accede to the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Such accession shall not affect the Union's competences as defined in the Treaties." - as long a it does not conflict with the EU's powers and ambitions.
These terms and conditions are part of a much wider and far reaching set of Articles (448), Declarations (65) and Protocols (37) designed to simultaneously destroy the independence of the nation states, concentrate power into the hands of the few, enslave and confuse the many in the populations of Europe (EU Constitution)
Article 3-3 "It (the EU) shall respect its rich cultural and linguistic diversity, and shall ensure that Europe's cultural heritage is safeguarded and enhanced." - this illustrates that many "nice" sounding Articles in the treaties that are little more than that, and which can be totally ignored by the EU - for example the EU's behaviour is totally at odds with this Article with its promotion of the UN-EU manufactured "Migrant Crisis" to undermine the homogeneity of the EU nation states.
It really it is time for the British and other members of the EU member states to wake up to the reality of what the treaties really mean and the EU ambition as a Military Dictatorship with The laws of a Police State; an Orwellian nightmare into which the European populations have been sold by their nefarious leaders. Forget the fine talk about a Social Europe the EU is only about control, subjugation, exploitation, ambition and avarice.
As Ben Franklin noted in 1787 in "Dangers of a Salaried Bureaucracy" - "Sir, there are two passions which have a powerful influence in the affairs of men. These are ambition and avarice—the love of power and the love of money. Separately, each of these has great force in prompting men to action; but, when united in view of the same object, they have, in many minds, the most violent effects. Place before the eyes of such men a post of honor, that shall, at the same time, be a place of profit, and they will move heaven and earth to obtain it. Benjamin Franklin (1706–90)
A warning from History.
